Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.
  • Certain products such as personal care items, downloadable digital goods, or gift cards cannot be returned.

Process

  1. Contact us at contact@maxyourgrip.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with the return instructions and return address.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank/payment provider.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at contact@maxyourgrip.com

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a defective or wrong item received, we will cover the shipping cost.
