Returns
- You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.
- Certain products such as personal care items, downloadable digital goods, or gift cards cannot be returned.
Process
- Contact us at contact@maxyourgrip.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with the return instructions and return address.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
Refunds
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank/payment provider.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at contact@maxyourgrip.com
Shipping Costs

- If the return is due to a defective or wrong item received, we will cover the shipping cost.
