Shipping Protection

Shipping Protection covers:

Shipping Protection does not cover:
- Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer
- Unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable packages
- Damage caused after successful delivery
To file a Shipping Protection claim:
- You must contact us within 7 days of the delivery status or confirmed loss
- Clear photo or video evidence may be required
- In cases of reported theft, additional documentation may be requested
Once the claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
For select high-value orders or shipments to regions with increased risk of package theft, Shipping Protection may be included at no extra charge, at our discretion.
Failed Delivery & Unclaimed Packages
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and ensuring packages are received or collected.
- Packages held by the carrier for pickup must be collected by the customer
- Unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable packages are not eligible for a refund
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
- Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer may result in delays or delivery failure
- Refunds are not available for orders affected by incorrect address details
